2. Avviż

②Għandha tingħata attenzjoni lis-sitwazzjoni li ġejja meta tinstalla capacitor shunt fis-sistema:
a. Ma jistax jiġi installat kapaċitatur shunt direttament taħt armonika serja. (jeħtieġ li jiġi installat reattur anti-armoniku)
b. Meta t-transformer ma jaħdimx mingħajr tagħbija, il-kapaċitatur għandu jieqaf jaħdem
③ Il-kapaċitatur li jikkonnettja maċ-ċirkwit jeħtieġ li jittardja 3 minuti jew aktar. Jista' jintmess u jitkejjel biss wara li tinqata' l-provvista tal-enerġija u tiskarika permezz ta' short-circuit.
④MCB għandu jintgħażel skont 2-3 darbiet il-kurrent nominali tal-kapaċitatur
